1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of www.vastroacharya.com and any engagement entered into with VASTRO®, the Vastu Astro Sciences Training & Research Organisation. By using the site or submitting an enquiry you accept them.

2. The nature of the service

VASTRO® provides analysis, guidance and practical recommendations in Vastu and Jyotish, together with teaching and research. It is a professional advisory service.

It is not a medical, psychological, legal, financial, architectural or engineering service, and it does not become one because a recommendation touches on those subjects. Where a matter genuinely requires a qualified professional in another field, we will say so.

3. No guarantee of outcome

No result is guaranteed or promised. Any recommendation is guidance based on the study of the space or the chart and on the information provided to us. Outcomes depend on many factors beyond a building's orientation or a birth chart.

The practice's own position is that its work is presented as analysis, guidance, possibilities and practical recommendation, and not as a guaranteed outcome.

4. Accuracy of information you provide

A Vastu or astrological reading is only as sound as the data behind it. You agree to provide accurate measurements, orientations, plans and birth details, and to tell us where any of them are approximate.

Where a time of birth is uncertain, that uncertainty should be stated. Reading a chart on an assumed time without saying so is a different exercise, and one we will not conduct silently.

5. Enquiries and appointments

• An enquiry is not a booking and creates no obligation on either side.
• Consultations are scheduled by appointment. Reasonable notice of cancellation is appreciated; where a site visit has been arranged and is cancelled at short notice, travel already committed may be recoverable.
• Fees, scope and deliverables are agreed directly with the practice before work begins. Nothing on this website is a price list or an offer capable of acceptance.

6. Training and research

Programmes described on this site are, at the date of publication, in development. Their availability, structure and fees are confirmed directly with the practice. Enrolling in a programme is subject to separate written terms issued at the time.

Material supplied for teaching remains the intellectual property of VASTRO® and its authors. It may be used for your own study and may not be republished, resold or taught on to others without written permission.

7. Intellectual property

VASTRO® and 'Solution to Every Problem' are registered marks of the organisation. The text, diagrams and drawn figures on this site, including the sixteen-zone, thirty-two-entrance study of space, are the property of the organisation and may not be reproduced without permission.

Reports and written summaries prepared for a client may be used by that client for their own purposes; they may not be republished or relied upon by third parties.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, to attempt to disrupt it, to submit the enquiry form falsely or repeatedly, or to scrape its content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, VASTRO® is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from guidance given in a consultation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-rights provisions, the courts at [CITY TO BE CONFIRMED] have jurisdiction.

11. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of use.
