Important differentiator
Vastu for Existing Spaces
Not every Vastu problem requires demolition.
VASTRO® studies the existing structure, its orientation, zones, entrances, functions and spatial relationships before recommending corrections. Wherever practical, the objective is to work with the existing space rather than unnecessarily resorting to demolition or reconstruction.
A survey of the standing structure comes first. Only after the orientation, zones, entrances, functions and spatial relationships have been read is a correction proposed, and the least invasive adequate correction is the one preferred.
What this means in practice. Most enquiries reach VASTRO® about a building that is already occupied, already financed and already working. The assessment is written for that reality, not for an idealised plan that could have been drawn twenty years earlier.

Direction in Vastu is measured, not estimated. VASTRO® works with degree-based directional mapping, which is why entrance position is treated as a precise finding and not a general one.

Before a visit
What to keep ready
For a home or office. A floor or site plan with dimensions, the measured direction the main door faces, a photograph of the entrance, and, where Astro Vastu is being considered, the birth details of the principal occupant.
For a plant or industrial unit. The layout drawing, the process sequence, the position of existing machinery, storage and loading areas, and utility runs. Where drawings are unavailable, a site visit is arranged.
